How do I customise a product?

Each product page includes a customisation form where you can enter your name, text, preferred colour, or upload a reference image. Simply fill in the details and add the item to your cart. Our design team will get to work on your personalised piece.

Will I see a design proof before production?

Yes — we require design confirmation before any order goes into production. Once your order is placed, our team will share a digital proof via WhatsApp or email. Production begins only after you approve the design, ensuring your piece is exactly as envisioned.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3 business days of design confirmation. Custom or complex pieces may require additional time; our team will keep you informed at every stage.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Changes can be accommodated before design confirmation. Once you have approved the proof and production has begun, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any amendments.

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Which shipping partners do you use?

We ship across India via Delhivery and eShipz, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery to your doorstep.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take a little longer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the respective courier's website to monitor your shipment in real time.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately with your order number and the updated address, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we primarily serve customers within India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly and we will advise on availability and applicable charges.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted before design confirmation. Once the proof has been approved and production has commenced, cancellations cannot be processed as the item is being made exclusively for you.

Are the products suitable for outdoor use?

Our products are designed primarily for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures may affect the finish. Please refer to the Care & Handling page for specific guidance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Credit & Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
