Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel the order before any build has started (within 6 hours of placing your order), your order amount will refunded after deducting 1% of the order amount as transaction fee which are charged to us by Payment partners.
• If you want to cancel the order after the build has started, only 35% of the full order amount will be refunded back to you.
• Amount to be refunded will be credited in 4-5 working days.
