  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
  • Customization: For personalized items, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for customization.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing..
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 10-20 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping is free for most of the products. However some heavy items include shipping items, and its calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the order.
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Additional customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order on the carrier’s website.

FAQs

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@maagsdesigns.com. Changes can be made only before the order is processed.

For changes once the order has been shipped, you will be charged Rs. 140 + GST for correcting the address.

If the address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned to origin, you will have to pay complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment.
