The rubber washer on the stud can certainly be bettered. Also providing a template to drill holes can help.

The name plate gives a metal look but it is in acrylic. It has depth as well which gives 3D look. This name plate is very different from other websites, and I am happy with my experience. Kudos to maags design for providing great designs at decent price. They have never disappointed.
